Really good stay
ornate walls seamless check-in excellent breakfast regal style
The architecture is Fine. Ornate walls exist throughout the hotel. The check-in process was seamless. I enjoyed an excellent breakfast at the Jharokha restaurant. It had delicious dishes. Traditional Rajasthani dishes were served in a regal style at the Neelkamal restaurant.
the gym had limited hours. I found i could not always access it at my convenience. I did have to slightly adjust my schedule.

The food at Neel Kamal was really good, especially the sweets. Chef Anup and Pradeep deserve credit. I really appreciated the ambience and atmosphere. It enhanced my dining experience, and everything was beautifully presented.

The hotel offered special events. Sunset boat rides and historical walks were available. Traditional dances added to the evening entertainment. I noted efficient boat drivers and support staff handling luggage at the jetty. They were friendly.

Serene Stay at a Historic Palace
mountain range warm welcome meticulous service
I enjoyed the views of the city palace, monsoon palace, and Aravali mountain range. Staff gave meticulous service. They upgraded our room for a special occasion. Prem Singh arranged a surprise birthday event. Hiya Advani and Ishika at the front desk welcomed us warmly.
Marble shows signs of decay in color in the lobby and corridors. It requires maintenance.

Our palace room offered a clear view of the lake and contained quality linens. The bathroom included premium bath products. The air conditioning system functioned silently and maintained a consistent temperature throughout our stay.

Staff members demonstrated a consistent level of attentiveness and catered to specific dietary needs. Restaurant staff remembered our preferences. Turndown service included fresh towels and the replenishment of bottled water each evening.

The hotel provides boat service to the mainland 24 hours a day. The on-site restaurant offers diverse cuisines, including local specialties. The courtyard has seating areas. They allowed views of the surrounding lake.

fine view attentive staff very nice dish small room cramped bathroom noisy pooja
the hotel is AMAZING it has fine views of the city palace and monsoon palace. the staff is very attentive and they greeted us with a smile EVERY time. chef babu prepared very nice dishes and the breakfast spread was good.
THE rooms were small and the bathrooms were cramped. pigeons were all around the pool so i could not order food and relax. the priest rang the bell loudly during the pooja so it was noisy.
